Jaipur

Get ready to be tickled pink by India's famous Pink City: Jaipur.

Regal, opulent, and pretty bloody hot in summer, Jaipur is the capital of Rajasthan with a population of 3.1 million. A popular destination for tourists owing to its palaces, temples, galleries, and  desert culture, I have the pleasure of travelling to Jaipur several times a year for work and pleasure (my Hindi teacher also lives there!)

Brace yourself for desert sand, peacocks, and intricate jewellery and silver, as you take the plunge into the Pink City (that is sometimes other colours too!)
