Leh Ladakh
INTO THE WILD, INTO THE WILDERNESS, INTO LADAKH
Betwixt the world's most formidable mountain ranges, the Great Himalayas and the Karakoram, the Ladakh range is one of the few untouched realms of the world. A population of around 30,000, travel routes navigating and intersecting in the shadows of mountains, and some of the fluffiest friendliest mountain dogs roaming the streets, Ladakh is like no other.
With its largest town Leh sitting at an altitude of 3,524m and it's cold desert climate, Ladakh is impassable during 6 months of the year and heaven on Earth for the other six months.
